Welcome to the Fair!

The Labor Day Free Fair will be celebrating its 62st anniversary this coming Labor Day weekend. As it has been since 1947, the fair is the Club's major fund raising activity. In 2006, the fair was awarded the designation of the 25th licensed agricultural fair in the State. Harmony's fair is the only agricultural fair in the State that does not charge admission. As with all agricultural fairs, there are many judged events, exhibitions, and other contests.

We offer a full schedule of events, including horse pulls, a demolition derby , and, new this year, garden tractor pulls. New events, such as the Woodsman Competition, will be expanded, while old favorites such as the Truck Pull remain.

In 2008, we built a new livestock barn, added an announcement booth for the horse ring, and a brand new restroom facility! Special thanks to Davis Construction, their hard work and direction was greatly appreciated! Thanks to Bemis Construction, AK Electric, Brown's Burner Service, Bruce York and Roger Annis. Thanks to Josephine Loupin, who donated lumber in the name of Lawrence Loupin. Thanks to all the people in the community who stopped in to give us a hand during the projects.

The Patriarchs Club

The Harmony Patriarchs Club was established in 1947, as a community betterment program. Since its inception, this charitable, nonprofit, all volunteer club has donated funds to many worthy community causes. Over the years, the Club has contributed monies toward the purchase of the Town's first fire truck, construction of the Recreation Park, and the acquisition of Harmony's first and second ambulances.
